Virtual panel one guy seemed to like me the other did not. This was my first interview in a while. But I elaborated on my experience and how it applied to the position. Did not think I was going to get the position because of the second interviewer had not cared for me ( no clue why he didn't). Then I got a very apathetic phone call with a dispassionate congratulations for welcoming me to the company.

The first step is Hr phone interview; Then Manager in-person or phone interview; Then Email / Phone offers and last but not least Background checks. After everything is complete, you are given a date of your start day and expectations on your first show.
