    Staff RN Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Henderson, NV
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Difficult Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Coram (Henderson, NV) in May 2016.

    Interview

Behavioral based interview, phone interview with recruiter and then a face to face interview, the process takes weeks. The questions can be difficult and the face to face interview was more like a grilling session with the management

    Interview Questions

    • You have a phone interview with a recruiter who asks a number of questions, then that is submitted while you wait for management to review your answers to move forward. If you are lucky you may receive a face to face interview where the questions are more difficult.   1 Answer

    Admissions Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Southport, IN
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Average Interview

    Application

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Coram (Southport, IN).

    Interview

Initial communication was through phone. The interview was in front of a panel consisting of four women. Hiring process took about 1 week. The job was absolutely horrible. Serious lack of commutation between employees and management. Little room for growth.. Poor raises. I would say the only perk was the health benefits

    Interview Questions

    Negotiation

It was "take it or leave it". Extremely poor pay and negotiating skills.

  5.

    Branch Manager Interview

    Anonymous Employee
    Accepted Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 5+ months. I interviewed at Coram.

    Interview

The interview process was long and drawn out---over five months! After three phone interviews about a month apart, I was invited to Denver for the day to endure three other interviews, each lasting only a few minutes each. These on-site interviews were very rushed because the interviewers were also conducting new employee training at the same time. I should have taken this as a bad omen. The company is very scattered and operationally consists of starts and stops. No consistency in the long run and nothing gets accomplished.

    Interview Questions

    Interview

Asks many questions that does not make sense and only looks for certain answers to fit their expectations. This company is backwards on policies and how they do their business. Employees always get the crap end of the stick.

They were very thorough, they interviewed me twice and once over the phone. I toured the facility and liked it. The interviewer was very friendly and helpful. Introduced me to all the staff and was very welcoming. The location of the company is also very ideal and easily accessible. It looks like a good company to work for

    Pharmacist Interview

    Anonymous Employee in Lenexa, KS
    Accepted Offer
    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Coram (Lenexa, KS) in September 2013.

    Interview

I was told I would be interviewing with the branch manager, only she was not in the office. The receptionist was very brusque so I did not have a good first impression. The person who interviewed me said it was the 2nd time in a week HR had set up an interview when the branch manager was gone. The interview was mostly about my previous experience and why I left my last job.
