Interview
2 interviews one with manager and one with assistant general manager back to back. Pretty straightforward questions about availability and how I would react given a certain situation. Then they talked through the role pay/expectations and the 3-month trial and asked me if I was interested and I said sure. Took a drug test and started 3 days later.

If you and a coworker got into an argument how would you resolve it.
3 different interviews with different managers process took a while but actual interviews were quick and easy. Did have to call and follow up a lot in order to keep the process moving.
Pretty standard process, arrive at store location and interview with hiring manager. Manager was prompt and knowledgeable, thanked me for being on time. Asked good questions and gave me room to answer sufficiently.

Received a call for an interview with 1 person first and then a 2nd with 2 managers. Quick process applied and hired within 2 weeks. Was provided a summary of work schedule and job duties and expectations. We sat in the optical department tables.
