I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale (Seattle, WA) in May 2011
Interview
Sometimes, interviewing over the phone doesn't show your true abilities. The best way to interview is in person and to have glowing reviews from your former employer because they WILL call and they WILL ask a lot of questions. I actually didn't have to do much during the interview process because my former manager said nothing but good things about me, but had no way of keeping me because they couldn't afford another supervisor.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Give an example of when you made a compromise for a member.
Basic experience based questions. “Tell me about a time when…” They want actual personal examples of when you dealt with a difficult customer, coworker, etc. and how you dealt with it. Usually interview with at least two managers before being hired.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Costco Wholesale in Jan 2023
Interview
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions that aren't too hard to answer. If you do good, you will be invited back or have a 3rd interview on the spot. They'll usually go over some of the basic benefits and leave room for any questions you might have.
