Coty Interview Questions

I had one, in person 30 minute interview after a career fair. The second round interview was around a month later. It was a full day on site interview. Overall positive experience.

Tout s’est bien passé et est allé vite au début. On m’a ensuite confirmé que le référent du poste avait validé notre échange et que je serai recontactée rapidement pour la suite du processus. Je n’ai plus jamais eu de nouvelles de leur part et mon e-mail de relance est resté dans réponse. Dommage, j’aurais aimé avoir un échange et un retour constructif sur les raisons de ce silence.

I got 2 calls from Human Resources asking about my experience and why I was interested in the role. Then had 2 interviews with the hiring managers. They said they liked me but apparently there was another candidate more suited for the role.

Premier entretien avec un recruteur Coty qui me rappelle quelques jours plus tard pour me dire que mon profil est retenu pour la suite. Une semaine plus tard et après une relance, le recruteur m'informe que l'entretien sur site attend l'aval du N+2. Je n'ai jamais été recontacté par le coordinateur. J'ai juste vu que j'avais été remerciée sur la page de candidature.

Firstly, is a hr phone call followed by a hiring manager interview. The interview was quite simple and generic where they just want to get to know you and your capabilities better. As long as you show interest and relevant knowledge in the field you apply, you should do fine.

First there is an initial phone screen with recruiter Followed by a thirty minute virtual Interview with Hiring Manager. After the first round they thin out their candidates and then invite the top candidates for a final onsite Panel interview with Hiring manager, Team members and cross functional partners

Processo muito bacana. Realizei dois processos, porém não estava qualificada para o cargo. Minha área era de sustentabilidade e eles não tinham uma sustentabilidade no Brasil a curto prazo para execução

Ho svolto due colloqui distinti con due director, uno basato a New York ed uno basato ad Amsterdam. La posizione era per un ruolo con l'ufficio in Olanda, con la possibilita' di lavorare e cooperare con l'ufficio in US.

la entrevista me parecio bastante facil pero largo, no existia el departamento en argentina, por lo que tuve que desarrollar las diferentes etapas de la entrevista con otro pais, en ingles.
