I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Cummins in Oct 2011
Interview
After campus selection for further rounds, had a phone interview but was told will have another one. Questions were very management based for an Engineering Position. But after doing an interview and going through a few more rounds of interviews, it took them 2 months to get back for another interview, which was horrible.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Give an instance where you went against your manager/senior?
Give an example of where you were a leader of a team and how did you deal with people who had difference of opinions in the team? Give examples from your experiences
Easy questions, basic stuff like 'Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here?' The interviewer was friendly and gave time for me to ask plenty of questions at the end.
I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins (Mineral Point, WI) in Apr 2023
