Interview
Phone call interviews with an HR rep, as well as two directors of distribution. The first interview was behavioral, the second two were focused on understanding the functionality of the company and what questions I had as an interviewee.

There was a phone interview, then an in person interview . Standard interview questions, They basically just asked me all about the common skills and requirements of the job I was applying. They weren't too difficult and actually left the interview somewhat confident.

2 rounds of interview after resume screening: one in person and second through calls. They were nice and friendly, helped you share your experiences in a calm environment, and answered my questions genuinely.
