Initially, profile screening took place. Later the interview consists of three rounds, an online examination, a Technical interview, and an HR interview. I have gone through all phases of this process, The questions basically asked around oops,MySQL,basics of computers

Discussion started with my projects and extended to OOPS,MYSQL.
Basic questions about yourself. Straightforward and stressless. Had my cv checked and asked questions about it and also diversity and working in a team. Overall experience is really nice and calm
The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
