I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Cummins in Oct 2015
Interview
Got connected to the talent scouts through university career fair. Got an invitation for an on campus behavioral interview the next week. The interview lasted for about 30 mins. Basic situation based questions to see if you fit into their culture. The responses should be experience based and not contemplated ones. Its been a week since the interview happened. Waiting for their followup. The next round would typically be a functional interview from the hiring manager

The company came through Campus and had an online assessment
Then shortlisted students based on that
Then 1 technical in person interview in our college and then same day they told the selected students
The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Darlington, North East England, England) in Jan 2025
Interview
The interview process was well-organized and professional. It began with a detailed introduction about the company, followed by a technical round to assess skills. The panel was friendly and asked relevant questions.
