I applied online. I was emailed by a Dish recruiter to set up a phone interview with him. He was very nice and asked me about my myself, my resume and work experience.He then told me about the job, pay and hours. He then scheduled me for an interview with the manager. I went in for an in person interview, Very short. Mostly was told about the job and was given a tour of the warehouse. There was a Wonderlic test. Lots of math questions and English questions. About an hour after I left, Recruiter called and offered me the job pending a background, drug and motor vehicle check. I had to take the drug test in 3 days and the background checks took about a week. I then got a call saying that I passed everything and was given my start date! I believe I filled out the application online in October-ish. Was contacted in the middle of January.
