I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH in May 2009
Interview
The interview process was a bit crazy. Phone interview, then spent four hours doing assessments. I then met with them in person, filled out an application and then did yet another assessment. So many assessments!
I then interviewed with a person from HR and was asked questions about my experience as they related to the position and what I could bring to the company.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DISH (Littleton, CO) in Sep 2024
Interview
It was a joke of an interview. People seemed nice but they cared very little about my experience or background. You could tell they didnt take the time to review my information. Pretty sad that a place with so much turnover and negative view about working for the company is keeping good people from being considered.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Centennial, CO) in Mar 2024
Interview
I did 5 rounds with the hiring team over the course of several weeks. Also some assessments along the way. I was already a little hesitant going into the process because of Dish's recent financial struggles ($26 billion in debt). I met a lot of the team and they seemed very nice but very exhausted. I wasn't a huge fan of the in-person requirement because work-life balance is huge for me. I ended up doing all rounds with them, (recruiter, hiring manager, panel team, outside department, and director). In my opinion, I think Dish is behind the times with their practices and benefits package. Nothing except the salary sounded appealing about joining the company. In the end, I ended up taking an offer from another company I felt like was a better fit and Dish took a week to decide if they wanted to offer me the job, which they did not. Would not interview here again.

Prepare for your interview! They will ask how you prepared and if you have researched the company prior. I had a panel interview and then three more separate interviews after.
