Filled out an application and took a test online. I was contacted by one of the HR people who handles recruiting. He explained the process and was very clear on what to expect. I was called in to interview with someone from the hiring team. I was then called in to interview with upper management. I then took one more test on site. I got an offer letter and took the job.
