I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Englewood, CO) in Aug 2015
Interview
Applied via job board, was emailed to schedule time to speak with Dish's recruiter.
On the phone they tell you about Dish and ask a basic/open-ended interview question (e.g. Why do you want to work at Dish?). From there they asked me to complete an internet competence test (which asked basic questions about twitter, facebook, youtube, the internet, the cloud, etc. - it seemed to be testing how well I understood the mondern internet at a surface level) and an SAT style test I believe.
I was invited in to interview and told to wear a suit. While at their headquarters interviewing I took the Wonderlick Test (which I think I aced to be honest - I recommend taking a practice as they are short and easy and your score can be much improved) and a "Watson-Glaser" Test which was a test on logic.
I then interviewed with my would-be boss for 30 minutes. He told me about the position and asked about my employment history. Then I interviewed with his boss for 30 minutes; we had a similar conversation. Then finally I interviewed with the next boss up, also for 30 minutes and also a similar conversation.

The other interview reviews that describe Dish recruiting as a little forgetful / unprofessional are somewhat accurate. However, I think the entire process was professionally conducted, minus some miscues on the part of my recruiting representative.
---------------------------------
I don't think I was offered a position because the role seemed fairly dull and I had a hard time hiding that in the interview; I believe they suspected I would continue looking for other work even if I accepted an offer.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DISH (Denver, CO) in May 2023
Interview
It went quite well. All the rounds went smooth. But the recruiter who was the POC for me didn't put in efforts to respond or clear my doubts. She was not much interested in hiring a candidate outside her circle.
