Interview
First round was with HR for 20 mins. 3 aptitude tests - Watson Glaser, Wonderlic, SHL. Panel interview was with 3 managers - 30 minutes. Next round would have been VP/SVP, had I made it past panel interview.

Question 1
2 managers from Venezuela and 1 manager from India. Venezuelans asked reasonable questions from the resume. They wanted to know what I did and depth of my knowledge. Indian manager, as usual, was over-smart. Tried to dig deep in technical questions and wanted to trap me. I am sick of people from Indian subcontinent trying to take the interview on their ego. They want to see what we don't know rather than seeing what we know.

Interview
Dish sent me an invitation via email for the interview, giving the option to propose the time that worked for me. The interviewers connected on time and were clear, respectful and professional.
