Step one of the process is a phone screening over google meets and it’s a recruiter. Not someone who works on site. That’s the second part of the interview process. The initial screen asks usual questions.

Extremly simplified and not overwhelming. Your resume/application is followed up by an internal talent acquisition specialist who will ask you questions about your experience and how it may serve business needs. The talent acquisition representative will then offer to schedule an in-person interview if your response meets expectations. My advice is to always research the company being interviewed and tailor your response to meet the ideal role. You'll then have the opportunity to present 2 references followed by backgrounds. Once completed, an offer should follow.

Interview
Initial interview with a recruiter, then an interview with a hiring manager. The second interview was grueling...the interviewer did not look up at me once, and the tone was very flat. I didn't think that it went well, and then I got a generic thanks for considering Dish, leave a review. I'm still a little confused as to why they send a generic email that is ambiguous instead of just coming out and saying you aren't a good fit.
