Initial Phone Interview
In person Interview with Operations Manager
Drug Test
Final Interview With Operations Manager
Once I had the in-person interview, I was told pending everything else I would be hired.
Be professional, ask questions about how their office runs/benefits/hours.
After the initial phone interview about 30 days had passed. They said they would call me about setting up the in person interview. I called them back and they had forgotten. If I had never called, I would have never gotten the job!

Question 1
Was there ever a time you saw a coworker doing something you knew was wrong? What actions did you take to fix it?

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. My initial interview was with a Field Service Manager who fed me a bunch of lies about how quickly people can earn bonuses, raises, and promotions. His biggest point was that I should not have sex with customers. He later got fired. The next interview was with the Installation Manager who was honest that the job sucks really bad and he tried to talk me out of it, but I needed a job. I should have listened to him. I later interviewed for a Field service Manager position (which I got) with a GM who didn't care about anything but getting his own paycheck. Maybe he had just given up, because his bosses were terrible. He later got fired. My second interview was with a Regional Manager who made me feel like there was hope for the company and that I could make a nice career there. We both agreed that you get better results out of people by treating them well and succeeding together. He later got fired.
