The initial phone interview is conversational. Very easy going approach and atmosphere during the call. The recruiter wanted very specific details to better understand existing roles and how this would transfer to datadog

Interview
Straight forward interview process with screening, hiring manager call, and then CS panel. They were transparent and communicative with me throughout and efficient with moving interviews from one round to the next.

Tell me about a challenging negotiation you had, and how you overcame it.
The interview process was Short and effective and recruiters kept in touch and were great to work with, process took around 3 weeks from start to finish and was updated after each individual round

Interview was very fast- Hiring manager and then an offer letter. Only two interviews- Recruiters were easy to work with and the offer was made only a week after interviewing.
