I had an initial phone call woth a recruiter which went very well, or so I thought. I was met woth an automated rejection email today with 0 feedback. Ive always been a fan of Datadog and expressed that during the call. So it is extremely disappointing to get an automated rejection email like this the next day. If I had to put my thumb on it, I'd say I was probably overqualified for the role because of my skills would not have been leveraged. However, I was greatly interested in the role despite this because I believed in the company. If anyone from Datadog sees this, please take into consideration how it may feel for candidates such as myself to be met woth an automated rejection email. It is unfair for us to have to deal woth the "why" and I expected more from Datadog in that regard.
