Group interviews, manager was great and interview was professional yet comfortable, each potential employee was asked about their skills, previous experience and how we would handle a possible situation. Left feeling excited and positive.

Tell me about one time making a sale was difficult.... and how did you face that challenge/what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal (Vernon Hills, IL)
Interview
Phone interview and individual interview. Focused on sales situations and managing a group of customers (family/friends) shopping together. I reviewed their online catalog before going to the in-person interview. Knowing how to measure for dress sizing was helpful.

Interview
It was very straight forward questions. Not long at all; wanting to know about you for instance why do you want to work in such a fast paced environment or why do you want to help people find their wedding dress etc.

Phone call interview. I didnt move forward due to the way the phone interview went. Not very personal and I didnt move forward with the process to do an in person interview
