I was asked a few questions pertaining to my ability to sell, my work ethic and my availability. I was also told that the company needed to improve their sales and that I could possibly be of assistance.

You go and they ask me a few questions - interview was quick. Offered job on the spot. Started immediately. It was a fast-paced environment. A lot of brides. All female team. Only men are gay.

Interview process is very standard, only one round. Answered simple questions focused on customer service outcomes and handling difficult situations. Interview was only with the store manager and lasted roughly fifteen minutes.
