Interview
The HR Recruitment team was highly agile and processed each level of interview update was done efficiently.
- Apply in the Deriv Job Portal
- Recruitment team acknowledges and send Self-Assessment Topgrading Interview (SATI) form to complete the questionnaire.
- Once SATI is submitted, evaluated and if selected, an HR level interview is scheduled.
- HR interview was based on questions on my resume, SATI questionnaire and other behavior questions.
- The next round was with the higher management (C-Level)
Overall the process was not only based on the Technical and experiences but also was an opportunity to look within yourselves how you manage and deal with the scenarios.

- Was mostly based on the questionnaire.
- Scenario based questions and how to deal with conflicts, negotiation, projects delays, work style, management style, manage stress etc.

Interview
The interview was quite friendly meeting prominent members from the team including board members. The interview preparation is quite tedious as it involves preparing a lengthy questionnaire (> 15 pages), but is eventually rewarding. The interviewers were also attentive and properly articulated their speech. I marked the interview difficult as it involves much preparation, apart from that everything is straightforward and the experience is truly pleasant.

Interview
The interview was very well organised. It was indeed a positive experience, dealing with smooth and kind communication. Also an added plus is to have the opportunity meeting and greeting board members including the CEO of the company. I marked below the interview as "difficult", not because the interviewers are difficult to deal with, but due to the seniority of the position on one hand, and the length questionnaire to prepare in advance (20 pages approximately if to be well done). Overall, for those who land an interview, it is already an achievement.

Interview happened via Zoom.
2 rounds , one with Senior Management.
Process starts with SATI form which aims on ensuring it captures all the aspects of the individual going forward with the interview process and is thoroughly read by the recruiters.
