Just liked the communication they provide.
With all required information and necessities to proceed in your interview, Deriv reaches out to you and asks if you need any help.
The process starts by SATI questionnaire.
And then you continue with few interviews, probably 3, but the team is flexible and friendly.
I liked the proccess.
A very long questionnaire. Took me up to a couple of hours. Nothing difficult just extremely lengthy. Based on the responses they assess the cultural fit and decide wether to proceed with your profile or not.

Questions were very detailed and personal. E.g. Tell us what subjects you enjoyed the most during your studies and why.
Really nice team of HR but sati form is a bit of different way to assess people. You have to write your own thoughts about ai and various other things.
Chaotic,
No structure. Three people join a call and start talking. No introductions.
Keep talking over each other. It is clear there is just AI hype without context. Questions are outdated and interviewers are jaded.
