It took 30 minutes of them telling me why I was not getting the job. They tell you it is hard work but I proved to them with my numbers and dedication but in the end their excuse was they didn't know me.

I interviewed with the department manager. She basically went over my previous experience and skills from my resume. Then she went over the expectations of the position and the benefits that would be offered. Then the she said that they would make a decision within a couple of days.

The interview was very quick. I was first called over the phone for an informal and then bought in for a formal interview with the store manager. The last interview was with the district manager.
Typical Retail interview. They ask you what you like about the position. If you have any ounce of experience you'll get hired. extra points for being extra customer service oriented
