Manager was very unorganized. She did not even have a hand book to prepare for the interviews. The manager did not even know that her other department is hiring.

I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.
