Interview
After HR screening, had 4 seperate 30 minutes 1:1 interviews with the team members. The questions are all behavirol questions and the interview is well structured. Start with Tell me about yourself and 3 questions after. After interviews, onboarding process was very quick.

Question 1
Did you make any mistake in your job and how did you handle it?
Screen with recruiter, then HM + panel rounds. The recruiter was one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Had to follow up multiple times to get interviews scheduled, then never heard back after they happened. Hiring manager and team all seemed very friendly and smart, but the bad experience with recruiting definitely paints a slightly less rosy picture.

Asked about experience, a few behavioral questions (STAR method works with Discover). One of the easier and more conversational interview processes I’ve gone through.

Interview
My first HR interview was on March 2020,
After that HR told me that someone from the company will contact me and they will set 3 interviews,
I really liked to join this company so After one week I followed up! The HR answered one month later that sorry we will contact you bla bla
it took almost 4 month and finally in July they set 3 meetings in two days,
No one attended these meetings!
Never heard anything from HR,
And just received an automatic email that I'm rejected!
The most unprofessional way I have ever seen.
I'm happy that I didn't waste more time on these unprofessional process which shows whats going inside their team.
