I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dow (Houston, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied online at college and was invited for a campus interview. All questions were behavioral and situational based questions. Not very hard but very typical group/school based questions. Conventional interview and was around 40-50 minutes. You should bring extra questions to keep them preoccupied.

Question 1
Describe a time where one fo your teammates did not do any of the work. How did you react and how did you resolve this issue.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dow (Plaquemine, LA)
Interview
Mechanical engineering student here. Basic STAR behavioral interview. I recommend reading through Dow’s company values and emphasizing them during your interview. After the STAR questions, the interviewer showed me a diagram with a tank, some piping, supports, material info, etc and asked how I would troubleshoot a leak.

Question 1
Basically like “tell me about a time when you worked with a difficult team member, how did you resolve the issue?” STAR questions
Average for a student interview from a career fair, the panel was nice and asked reasonable and relevant questions. Pervious work experience was a major plus, primarily looking for rising Juniors or current sophomores.
Got selected for interview 3 weeks after applying. Interview was through webex with a panel. Was hard to interact with the 4 people since they all sat around a table and you couldn't make out their features. They were hiring for 3 positions so first each person went through theirs then they welcomed questions.

Question 1
Basic behavioral questions. Asked about skills relevant to the job (Solidworks).
