Interview
At school interview. 45 minute all behaviorial questioning, nothing technical. Met with 2 dow employees, they were very nice. One talked and one wrote comments down. Most relaxed interview I have ever had, great experience. First question was "Why do you want to work at dow". Got an offer email 2 days after.

Interview
Mechanical engineering student here. Basic STAR behavioral interview. I recommend reading through Dow’s company values and emphasizing them during your interview. After the STAR questions, the interviewer showed me a diagram with a tank, some piping, supports, material info, etc and asked how I would troubleshoot a leak.

Got selected for interview 3 weeks after applying. Interview was through webex with a panel. Was hard to interact with the 4 people since they all sat around a table and you couldn't make out their features. They were hiring for 3 positions so first each person went through theirs then they welcomed questions.
