Interview
I applied through my university to work with Dow. I interviewed one on one with a gentleman on campus. I would say that the interview was pretty basic overall, the questions were simple and many were behavioral. A short time later, after they had reviewed everyone's applications and interview responses I received an offer by phone.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Dow (Plaquemine, LA)
Interview
Mechanical engineering student here. Basic STAR behavioral interview. I recommend reading through Dow’s company values and emphasizing them during your interview. After the STAR questions, the interviewer showed me a diagram with a tank, some piping, supports, material info, etc and asked how I would troubleshoot a leak.

Got selected for interview 3 weeks after applying. Interview was through webex with a panel. Was hard to interact with the 4 people since they all sat around a table and you couldn't make out their features. They were hiring for 3 positions so first each person went through theirs then they welcomed questions.
