The interview process was extremely basic and nothing out of the ordinary. The questions were very general addressing strengths and weaknesses, etc. Just know about the media industry as a whole and you should be fine.

Master the "Big Three" Statements: Be able to confidently explain the links between the Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement.
Know Valuation Basics: Review DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and comparable analysis methods.
Review Technical Definitions: Be prepared for questions on WACC, CAPM, Beta, and enterprise value vs. equity value.
Current Events: Read The Wall Street Journal or Financial Times daily and be ready to discuss a recent market trend or deal.
