1 - 30 minute Phone interview. Asked pretty high-level stuff, had me talk about my experience.
2 - 1 Week later, had an in person interview, 2 interviews with 2 people in each interview. First two people were client-facing, second two were technical. I had been told to bring an example of a project I had worked on. Showed me around the office.
3 - Was offered the job about 1 week later.

Pretty easy, I had to talk to 2 separate people who were potential managers if I joined. One for technical and one for behavioral. In technical the job description asked for SQL so that's what I prepared for it... And that's what my interviewer asked me.

Interview
During the phone screen, they told me that I have to pass three assessments before being considered for a formal interview. This wasn't a bother for me as I was used to assessments. The problem laid in the last assessment, which was by all definitions an "IQ Test." For anyone who isn't neurotypical, STAY AWAY! This is an easy way to filter out candidates based on an outdated test of intelligence.
