I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Epic (Verona, WI) in Feb 2019
Interview
I began the interview process by submitting my resume online and then was contacted for a phone interview with someone in the role I was applying for. The interview was about a half hour and they told me about the position and asked me some basic questions about my background. Then I was invited to take some online assessments. There were some logic tests as well as a coding test (FYI I have never done any coding before this so it must not be that important....). I was then invited onsite for a full day of final interviews. There were about 5 other people interviewing that day for positions and we all began the day listening to a company presentation. The rest of the day included: role overviews (they decided to interview me for a second role as well), case studies (very easy, just based on scenarios for the position), a tour (amazing campus!!), lunch (they have really nice cafeterias!!), a presentation that I had to give (don't worry, they give you advance notice if you need to give a presentation), and a meeting with my HR recruiter.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Interview questions were pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary.
The process is very intense. Three or more hours of explanation, exams, and a presentation I had to create. The exams were both logic games and a personality test. I was preparing for weeks.

Question 1
Explain a process that you find interesting. This can be any process - manufacturing, distribution of products, or a method to create something.
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
