Applied for job. First there was a virtual interview and then set up second round interview with an account manager/trainer. Was pretty straightforward and relaxed. Got an email few days later saying I was chosen for the job and will get a call to extend the offer. Never heard back from them. After doing so research though, sounded like questionable company. Sounds like lot of turnover. Takes advantage of people by saying they don’t require previous experience so they will hire variety of people just to let them go in a few months whether you do good or not
- What are some key qualities that would make a good recruiter?

Smooth and focused on what matters. They give you an assignment that involves the actual tech stack that you will be using on the job. Technical Interview is not very complicated and they will ask you about the take-home assignment and how you approached it.
- Its a take home assignment, just a basic sample app using the tech stack

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Epitec (Southfield, MI)
I got a call for software developer role in MI near where I live. I accepted the hour and half interview in which I did a coding challenge and was told I did a very good job. I was then given a take home assignment that I put in between 25-30 hours of work, and another interview as set up in which I went step by step in how I was able to do the assignment and demonstrated it, and again I didn't only think I did a good job, they also told me I did a good job and didn't have any questions. One week passes by and I send an email for any updates, I didn't get any. I wait for another week and I send another email and call the recruiter and no one answered. I then waited another week and sent another emails and phone call to get nothing back. I am really disappointed, I wasted about 35 hours of my time doing interviews, coding challenges and an assignment and I didn't even get a single call back or update. All I wanted at the end is a Yes or No, and not to leave me hanging out there.
- Coding challenge on the first interview, one week assignment on the second.

There were 2 phone interviews conducted about a day apart and then a Teams video interview with a manager before being offered a position. It was very easy and everyone was very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Your Recruiter even stays the same throughout so you have a point of contact if you need any further help along the way.
- Pretty standard questions for an interview
