Has four rounds with typing, computer, grammer and audio interview. Then was the in person interview with the operational manager. In the last round story based question were asked which were for background knowledge and communication check.

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Etech (Mandsaur) in Jan 2025
Interview
This was the easiest interview I have faced. They mainly have 3–4 rounds. First, there is a typing speed test, followed by a grammar test. After that, they provide a topic, and you have to write a 200-word essay on it. Based on this, they shortlist candidates for the HR interview.
Easygoing onboard process... doesn't require much. Basic screening such as background, drug testing etc. Did an over the phone after application, then followed up with an in person and hired!
