I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Exelon (New York, NY)
Interview
I was debriefed on what the branch of the company does and what the previous person who had this position was responsible for. I was given a quick 1 question quiz to reinforce the interviewer's trust that I knew about the company. Relatively cool and not too intense. Wanted answers to questions in the STAR format (Situation Task Assignment Response).

Question 1
How did you deal with racial discrimination in a group setting?
Star interview format with standard questions. HR folks were very communicative the whole way. Interviewers included hiring manager and a peer. Both were open about the position and weren't too hung up on the structure of the STAR responses.

Question 1
Describe a workplace challenge you've faced and walk us through how you navigated it.
I applied online. I interviewed at Exelon (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Steer clear because they use the useless star method. Very little of the interview was about my actual abilities. Overall a very slow process and expect to be given false timelines on top of being ghosted by both HR and hiring managers.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you overcame a difficult situation.
It used the STAR process. It was primarily behavioral questions and not many technical ones. They typically will interview you again and ask the more technical after-behavioral questions. Overall, it was fine.
