they use the HireVue system, they ask two questions and you have to answer them correctly in a few minutes. you can practice your answers a couple of times, but no more than that.
The interview process was quick. The initial application included a recorded interview video. Once past that stage you were introduce to 3 different team members all of which had prepared questions
The interview was has the typical behavioral questions and a role play with a manager. It took a little longer than a week to get the feedback. Although I was rejected, no clear explanation was given as of the causes.
