I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was a group interview in the back room of the store. It any lasted about 25 mins and most of the questions were about previous job experiences. The manager interviewing us was very nice and gave us each a far amount of time to answer her questions. Some of the questions were harder (having to provide a specific example of...) and some were easy (tell me about yourself, why you like express).

Do you agree with the statement " The customer is always right"?
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
