The interview had a lot of behavioral questions. They didn't quite ask, "why should we hire you?" However, they asked questions like, "Tell me a time you influenced another person at work."

Two rounds, primarily behavioral questions that asked about past resume experience and situational team questions. STAR method is useful for answering these types of questions + emphasizing impact provided in projects.
