Interview
After applying online, they selected a few candidates for interviews. Then Lsu alumni had an optional ice breaker event on campus the day before the interviews began and then alumni interviewed us over the next two days.

Question 1
What’s a time you had to work with a difficult team member?
Most of the questions were focused on hypothetical scenarios, also did go through resume. The interviewers are generally quite nice and will be relevant to the team that you are attached to.

The interview is quite chill. He mostly asked me to explain my cv and 1 technical questions. The interviewer is quite friendly too. Be sure to know everything you wrote at your cv
questions and answer type, question were really difficult to tailor our experience to it and all are behavioral questions. Does not ask about why you choose the company / the position at all.
