Literally it took forever to finalize the whole process. No communication, no coordination between the recruiter and the hiring manager.
The on boarding experience was awful. Was given a lot of papers to sign.

Phone then face to face with direct manager; then moved onto a Skype with her boss. Was down to 2 candidates when I was asked to take IQ, Personality Profile, background check and drug tests. Took about 8 weeks to get offer.
