Reached out 1 day after I submitted application for phone screen interview. Phone screen were very simple questions and only lasted about 5 minutes and could call them anytime between 8am-5pm for this.

Simple questions like if I had reliable transportation, able to work overtime/flexible schedule when needed, and why I wanted to work there.
Applied online on Fastenal careers website, got an email for a 5 minute phone interview. Was asked about 7 questions.Now waiting for call back. No time frame indicated for 2nd interview.

2 rounds of interviews, both taken by the general manager of the branch. The interview process took 2 weeks. Both interviews were online, asking general HR questions. It was a great experience.

Getting the interview was fast and the interview itself went well in my opinion, but the post-interview went terribly. I was asked normal questions for the position, but generally surface level.
I was given empty promises after empty promises after the interview. very unprofessional.
