Interviewed on campus, invited back for in-office interview where i was taken out for lunch, had an informational meeting about what the job would consist of and life in cincinnati, and then 2 behavioral interviews.

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, one 45-minute with a recruiter and two 45-minute interviews with managers or directors in two days. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. The whole thing took about three weeks, one week for the first interview, one week for the second and third interviews, and one week to hear back.

Behavioral questions in the first round and asked about experience and a little more technical (not really though) in the second round.

Interview
The interview process started with an on campus interview asking basic behavioral questions. Then I was brought to an on site interview where I had two interviews with managers and a lunch. Also asked basic behavioral questions. Be sure to know your resume and be able to discuss your leadership/previous work experience.
