Uses STAR Method as an interview process . “Tell me about/ describe a time when” etc. Not uncommon, but different method than my previous employer had used in their process

Interview
Very straightforward. The hiring manager was really easy to talk to and it felt like more of a conversation than an interview. Just be prepared to work hard and have a good attitude!
