I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Fifth Third in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process took about 2 weeks. I applied online, about a week later I received a call from a recruiter who asked me to fill out some paperwork via email, shortly after she called back and set me up with an interview with the manager at the branch. Everything went well there, the manager was very nice and seemed to like me. About 2 hours later the recruiter called me back and said the manger really liked me and that I would be recommended to do a phone interview the next day with the area manager. The next day she called me and asked me basically all the same questions, I had no new answers or new questions being that I had asked everything in the interview prior to that. After this call that lasted about 15 minutes I never heard anything back from anyone. Not an email, call anything. It was kind of upsetting because the recruiter made it seem so promising and they never even let me know the outcome.

Very friendly. Met with both branch and regional manager. Questions were what you expect. They both made you feel very welcome. Atmosphere was what you would expect for a bank.

Interview
Pretty standard process. Mainly behavorial/situational questions. Interviewer seemed kind of new to the interviewing process. He read the questions from a printout and wrote my responses in boxes on the paper.
