Panel Interview with Hiring Manager and two potential co-workers. There was a brief job description from the manager and then immediate questions about my background work from the co-workers. They were on a time schedule and there was little chance for me to pro-actively ask questions. Any time I tried to inquire about job responsibilities the manager seemed irritated and directed the questions backed to technical competency. The manager asked most of the questions and the two co-workers mostly added follow-up questions based on my answers.

I applied on their webpage and I got a call after 2-3 days and they said that it would be the best if we could talk in person, so we arranged a meeting, I went there, passed the security check and I got interviewed by a nice lady from HR. I got hired.
