I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Ford Credit (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2017
Interview
I applied for the FCLDP position in September of 2017. Subsequently, I filled out a questionnaire, did a Skype interview and then was flown out to Nashville for my final interview. The whole process took less than three months. I had received and accepted my offer by November 2017. The interviews were generally painless, they asked the classic interview questions but it felt less like an interview and more like a conversation and it seemed like they were trying to impress me just as much as I wanted to impress them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Ford Credit in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview was very laid back where the interviewer asked around 4 behavioral questions where one was asking me about a time I had to overcome a challenge and 2 technical questions about analyzing credit.

First I had the interview on campus. The interview was about 45 min. Most of the questions were behavioral. A day later, they called me and said that I am selected for a second interview. They flew me to Nashville, TN where I spend a day and a half. I received an email a week later.
