I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Ford Motor Company (Dearborn, MI) in May 2011
Interview
Behavioral type interview. Questions are pretty standard, but the interview is frustrating. Interviewers are quickly writing things down and make little eye contact. From what I understand, this is pretty standard. I think as long as you can give good examples and effectively demonstrate your ability to work with others, you should do fine. GM was the same way.

por que deberiamos contratarte sobre otros candidatos
After applying online and talking with recruiters at a campus job fair, I had an on-campus interview with one interviewer for about 30 minutes. Following that interview, I met with a team of three interviewers at a Ford building for a standardized interview (i.e., all candidates were asked the same set of questions) that lasted about two hours. The questions were fairly general, and gave me a chance to highlight both technical abilities and interpersonal skills.
