Was reached out to on LinkedIn based on my experience and was moved through the interview process between the People Director, IT Systems Director and the HCM team - all great discussions and smart individuals. I was told final interview would be with the CPO and to finalize the compensation ask prior to this meeting. I had additional questions about the bonus and merit pool funding given Forward Air's tumultuous year - after that I did not hear back from the recruiter. Very disheartening experience to not be contacted again with a disposition response given they had reached out to me and pursued my interest.
