Group based meeting in their head office where you are encouraged to have a conversation with a number of directors. Feels fairly informal but it’s not, they are expecting energy, professionalism and confidence.

A three stage interview process which leads into a week of intense
training. meeting multiple directors and managers who assess you during an assessment day. Then being interviewed by the director of your division who will then are the ones who let you know whether you got the job.
