I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Frost & Sullivan (Chennai) in Sep 2009
Interview
They called me first though my resume posted in Monster, They then conducted a telephonic Interview, Later they conducted a interview where I had to present a slideshow on a specified market. After That there was a HR round which was pretty easy to clear. Sometimes they do conduct a written test trying to evaluate your writing skills.
