Applied online. Contacted a week later by a recruiter to set up a phone interview. Was interviewed via phone the next day. The interviewer asked me basic resume questions and some behavioral questions. She also asked me what I know about the company. Whole thing lasted 10 mins. I currently work in a different field so she also asked my why I wanted to make a switch.

What do you know about GLG?
Tell me about your experiences
Describe a time you went above and beyond for a customer
I applied online. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX)
Interview
Multiple rounds, four in total. First three were over the phone and the last was in person with several people. Really appreciated how fast they were in communicating every step. Make sure you really know about the company and do your research.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
Applied online, received an email that same day scheduling a phone interview for a week later. A second phone interview was then scheduled a few days later, followed by a case-study which they gave you 24 hours to complete and finally a 5 person in-house interview.
Overall, the interviews were not exceptionally difficult if you prepared and most of the people I spoke with were very friendly. They also spoke to me in Spanish during one of the interviews, I guess because they were considering me for the Latin American group.

Question 1
Explain the GLG business model in your own words. (This was asked at every interview I had)
I applied online. I interviewed at GLG in Jun 2017
Interview
I was interviewed by a woman who was friendly and asked very basic questions about my resume. The interview was quite bland though, I wish I could have talked more about myself as a person instead of answering generic questions. Decent experience overall.
